Annual Rush Creek Cleanup
 

On Saturday June 17 2017 Streamborn Fly Fishing Club will hold its 11th annual Rush Creek clean-up.We will be picking up trash from the beginning of Rush Creek at the Southern California Edison Power plant downstream Including the shoreline of Silver Lake all the way down to Grant Lake. We will also clean up the highway past Grant lake down to US 395. We will meet in the parking lot of Silver lake boat ramp at 8:00am for a safety meeting and instructions. I am asking all volunteers to bring gloves,a hat and sun glasses. Trash bags and bug repellent will be provided by Silver Lake. Clean-up in past years was over by 11:30 am. Silver Lake Resort will provide  a free bar-b-que lunch for all volunteers after the clean up. If anyone has questions they can call Joe Lemire 909-609-1101.
